Booking & Payments
- You can book your seats online by paying an advance or the full amount. Our Trip Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey.
- All pending payments must be completed on the day of departure. Failure to settle the balance after three reminders may result in the Cancellation of your reservation.
- Cancellations made after 11:00 AM on the journey day will incur charges for the total booking amount, covering all reserved seats.
⚠️Please note: The pending amount must be cleared via UPI or Cash only. Credit card and Debit card payments are not accepted.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling and Refund Policy:
- No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations/reschedule.
However,
- If the cancellation/reschedule are made 48 hours before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations/reschedule are made 24 hour before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- ⚠️To start the particular trip, we require a minimum of 10 people booked for the trip to proceed. Rest assured, if there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive an immediate and complete refund.
