You can book your seats online by paying an advance or the full amount. Our Trip Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey.
All pending payments must be completed on the day of departure. Failure to settle the balance after three reminders may result in the Cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellations made after 11:00 AM on the journey day will incur charges for the total booking amount, covering all reserved seats.
⚠️Please note: The pending amount must be cleared via UPI or Cash only. Credit card and Debit card payments are not accepted.
Cancellation/Rescheduling and Refund Policy:
No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations/reschedule.
However,
If the cancellation/reschedule are made 48 hours before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations/reschedule are made 24 hour before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
⚠️To start the particular trip, we require a minimum of 10 people booked for the trip to proceed. Rest assured, if there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive an immediate and complete refund.
